Privacy questions answered

When you close your account, your personal data enters a 30-day grace period. After that, we permanently delete most information. Audit and tax records tied to deposits via QRIS, DANA, OVO or GoPay may be retained for seven years under Indonesian law. You can request earlier deletion subject to legal holds.

Payment data for QRIS, DANA, OVO and GoPay transactions is processed through PCI-certified gateways and never stored on our core servers. Each deposit is tokenized, encrypted and logged separately. Your wallet credentials are held by payment providers only, never by 66kone directly.

Yes. Your Account > Settings > Security shows a complete login history including device type, location and timestamp. You can revoke active sessions instantly. Any unexpected access should be reported to [email protected] within 24 hours.

We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for marketing. We may share minimal data with payment processors (QRIS, DANA, OVO, GoPay), fraud-prevention partners and legal authorities when required by Indonesian law or court order.

Gaming activity—bets, results, lobby sessions—is retained for 24 months in your account history. After that, summarized transaction records for disputes and payouts are archived separately for seven years to meet audit requirements.

Your name, email, phone and address can be updated anytime via Settings > Personal Info. Some data like registration ID number cannot be changed once verified. To modify locked fields, contact [email protected] with government ID verification.

You may choose not to create an account. If you're already a member and disagree with any policy change, you can close your account and request full data deletion. Account closure is initiated anytime via your Settings menu.
